BME Suffolk offers a food bank, a welcoming community café, advice drop-ins covering benefits, housing and mental health, plus events and groups for all ages focusing on wellbeing and belonging.


Food Bank Assistance
Access our food bank via self-referral or organisations, ensuring no one in Suffolk faces hunger.

Community Café
Enjoy affordable snacks and drinks in a welcoming space designed to foster connection and support.

Advice & Support Drop-Ins
Receive help with benefits, housing, immigration, utilities, and mental health from our friendly advisors.
Wellbeing and Social Groups
Join elders’ gatherings, youth groups, peer support, and monthly community events to build friendships and resilience.
